At Faithful Healthy Haven, each item is made-to-order with care. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges except in cases of verified damage or manufacturing defects.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We only offer free replacements if your item arrives:

Damaged during shipping

Defective due to a manufacturing issue

Containing a misprint, printing error, or production flaw

Incorrect item received (wrong product, design, or size not matching your order sent by mistakes

Examples of eligible damage include:

Tears, or punctures in the fabric

Visible knife or box-cut damage from shipping

Broken components

Major print defects (dramatically misaligned print, missing design, severe fading, or printing errors)

Structural defects that make the product unusable

Minor variations in color, placement, or sizing within standard manufacturing tolerance are not considered defects.

Replacement Request Window (IMPORTANT)

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement.

Your order number

Your full name

A description of the issue

Clear photos showing:

The full product

The damaged or defective area

The packaging (if applicable)

Failure to provide photo evidence may result in denial of the replacement request.

What Happens Next

If your claim is approved, we will:

Send you a replacement of the same item at no cost

Cover all replacement and shipping fees

We do not require you to return the damaged item unless specifically requested.

We do not offer refunds.

Non-Returnable Situations

Because all items are made-to-order, we do not accept replacements or returns for:

Ordering the wrong size

Buyer’s remorse

Change of mind

Incorrect address entered at checkout

Minor color differences due to screen display

Normal wear and tear

Items damaged after delivery

Items without photo proof

Lost or Stolen Packages

Faithful Healthy Haven is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
